yeah i know as much as anyone else who's gotten it. the tldr is that it kinda sucks: first you have to go to a doctor, who will refer you to transpoli (might be called sitpoli now, for "Sukupuoli-Identiteetin Tutkimuspoliklinikka"), who will then do an investigation period of like a year or two where they determine if you're mentally stable and trutrans, and then if you are they'll add a diagnosis of F64.4 "Transsexuality" to your medical record and refer you to the endochrinology clinic for HRT. you can only really get gel or patches or maybe pills, they don't like prescribing injections
but that being said, if you already have prescription HRT in the states then it might be kinda easy to get it here too. they'll probably sorta fast-track anyone who's already transitioned and lives as a woman. getting diy here sucks bc customs is rly overly vigilant and there aren't really any sellers who ship from the EU and thus not go through customs anymore? girlpotion.cc used to exist and ship from sweden but then they stopped existing, and i'm not aware of any other ones. or then you can get a prescription from gendergp, it costs money but it's kinda just one online consultation and after that you can pick up from any pharmacy. sorta like those hair loss doctors that youtube ppl sometimes shill for, you just video call with a rando doctor in wherever for twenty minutes and they ask you if you're really trans and if you say yes then they mail you a paper prescription for cypro and gel.

yeah there's two clinics one in Helsinki and another in Tampere who do those tests and diagnostics and stuff. i'm not really sure whether you can continue your prescriptions like that, like, it'd make sense if you could and it'd probably be medical malpractice if you couldn't, but the system doesn't always make sense. i think this is one of the things you could just contact some authority over here to confirm it before moving.
the customs seem to seize most meds, no matter if they're controlled or not. prescription heartburn medicine will get pretty much the same treatment as prescription opiates, they just xray everything and if there's unsigned for prescription meds in there then they'll seize them.

i'm sure i've told this story before, but like, before this year I was working a horrible three-shift job that was killing me, struggling hard at it with unmedicated ADHD, and simultaneously also very very hondosed to the point where I had male T levels.
Then last december, I got diagnosed and medicated for the ADHD, which also gave me the confidence to ditch my old job for one with less predefined structure and also way better hours and pay, which then made me not be dissociated 24/7, and also helped a lot with my general mental state bc i wasn't going paycheck to paycheck anymore.
this all then led to me getting the motivation to look into my hormone levels, which I did in may, and they turned out to be terrible, and promptly got fixed. and that was what finally gave me back my will to live.
so then i quit smoking and started eating better and counting calories and exercising daily because i finally felt like there was a point to doing so. and now i'm feeling better than ever.
it's a translated version of Shear Madness, which i hadn't heard about before, but after googling it a bit, it's apparently somewhat popular in the States. It seems kinda horrible and cringey, but oh well, the tickets were free and I get to spend time with my mom which is always fun.

In fact, a high fat, whole food diet consisting of red meat, veggies, fruit, dairy, eggs, and and some root veggies is actually a lot more micronutrient and macronutrient dense than something like a low calorie, high carb food like rice that is normally used as a benchmark for "healthy food". "Healthy Carbs" tend to be lacking in nutrients outside of calories and are therefore usually less healthy than a whole food fat. Avoiding processed oils would be the good advice here, demonizing fat is just something that food monopolies have done to aid their pockets.

If you want tone id do bodyweight lifts for upper combined with hypertrophic compound lifts for lower. This allows for an overall well rounded look from multiple compound workouts. If youd then like to progress further in terms of aethetics you can then look into adding more accessory, isolated movements into the routine to compliment your compound stuff. You could also swap out bodyweight stuff for hypertrophic compound upper lifts if youd like.
However 70% of progress comes from the kitchen. Replacing most of your macros with protein is a must as it aids protein synthesis and muscle growth. You can go for simple carbs but id go with potatoes and butter as your compliment to protein as it has fiber, vitamins, and carbs (as opposed to something like rice). Dont be afraid of food, if youre lifting correctly your body will 100% need what it can get. Just make sure youre eating the right stuff.
