Thanks for the bump.

My own research has suggested:

MSM 3g: helps with hair, skin

Hydrolysed collagen 10,000mg: helps with hair, skin

Vegan mass gainer 800 calories: helps gain weight, but with less inflammatory effects of dairy

GlyNAC 2g: helps with healthy ageing, skin

Creatine 5g: no brainer for general athletic performance

pioglitazone (15-30mg)/metformin (500mg): life extending & feminising via insulin sensitivity

Magnesium glycinate 400mg: sleep and relaxation

Creatine

Good for ftms and tops, bad for mtfs and bottoms

Even if you don't train upper body? I use for running.

It adds water retention to all muscle cells.

If you're an athlete, then ofcourse it's a good thing. But for the average twink/mtf, not great.

i take estrogen primarily?

What do you think of this? I think tranners tend to be susceptible, because not only are we empathetic, but also high iq.

The Hyper Brain/Hyper Body HypothesisThis hypothesis explains how individuals with "hyperactive" brains—characterized by rumination, emotional intensity, and heightened sensitivity—experience a cascade of stress responses in their bodies.Hyper Brain:Excessive cognitive activity and emotional processing overwork the brain.Constant mental hyperactivity triggers stress-related hormones (cortisol, adrenaline).Hyper Body:A stressed brain leads to a stressed body: systemic inflammation, hormonal imbalances, and immune dysregulation. The bidirectional connection between the brain and body worsens symptoms like anxiety, depression, and fatigue.Key Idea: To break the cycle, both the brain (through relaxation and mood-stabilizing approaches) and the body (through anti-inflammatory and stress-reducing methods) must be addressed.

Sounds good desu! Thinking = energy
Should treat brain-heavy activities with the same importance as physical exertion.

Its very true, there is a dynamic relationship between the gut, the brain, and the hormones we release.

Our happy hormones lower cortisol, lower oxidation of cells, which help maintain a lot of important functions in the body. Effectively a person looks better when they are happy inside

Estrogen is a great way to slow aging, but collagen should be added, vitamin c is also good for mtfs, and various other supplements that will counter the issues estrogen raises

i hear that bbc is a really good supplement especially for white tranners

oh! what are the benefits? also is it the semen that makes it effective or the bbc itself? also whats the best delivery method oral or rectal?

every morning I drink a glass of kefir mixed with psyllium husk, lions mane extract, and guarana powder

I also endorse lions mane.

OP, in addition to Estradiol injections at a high enough dose for mono and rectal micronized prog every night, I take:

One scoop vegetarian collagen powder (this is the main reason I'm not a vegan, my diet is basically vegan Mediterranean + eggs for protein and all-around nutritional goodness)

Psyllium husk capsules with water morning and evening (mostly for bottoming but also fiber is good)

Lions mane

Fermented beets and cabbage for probiotics and the cardiovascular benefits from beets

Low dose melatonin and l theanine for sleep

I'm pretty locked in between that and my prescribed dose of Adderall..

psyllium husk, lions mane extract

Why these two?

lions mane extract

good for your brain

psyllium husk

uhhh
well...

I asked Chat GPT to summarised some of the supplements I was researching and their effectiveness for dealing with hyper brain/body states (reducing inflammation, oxidative stress, or promoting relaxation).

Obviously, taking together doesn't necessarily mean they will act synergistically, indeed they may be contradictive and they may not work for your specific biology.

Equally, I wouldn't put much weight into the star ratings, but I'm going to try a few and will report back.

psyllium husk

Fibre that helps increase gut motility, helpful if you have ibs or regularly bottom.

I actually take mycelium powder capsules. I get good results from it and I trust the supplier (host defense, grown a short drive away from me in WA state). Helps me with executive function and relearning stuff as an adult male baby woman (late 20s but only 2 years in transition so I'm still figuring shit out). Lions mane is good for neuroplasticity and forming new pathways, key for transition IMO

Any particular brand of Lions Mane?

OK. I narrowed it down to:

Omega-3 Fish Oil (EPA/DHA)

GlyNAC (NAC + Glycine)

Magnesium Glycinate

Theanine

Ashwagandha

as the optimal supplements in managing hyperactive body/brain symptoms.

What if I'm permastressed by not being productive and being lazy? I willl start magnesium but at the same time it feels pointless when stress is caused by spiritual forces.

Sounds like chronic fatigue, which could have its origin in the body or mind. No harm starting with magnesium and experimenting further if failure.

licorice

Ashwagandha

Would not recommend for mtfs

Ok I'm gonna leave it alone. I'm already close to death

Explain please
Godspeed anon

Explain please also

Inhibits estrogen receptors for hrt. Some terfs were selling it and saying it helps us, but it doesn't.

Can't remember the exact details, but women with PCOS take it, inhibits feminisation in mtfs. Please avoid. Black Cohosh has a similar effect. Avoid that too

It doesn't help them either. Anyone taking phytoestrogens would get better effect from just taking hrt. Hrt is essentially just extremely concentrated plant phytoestrogen with an additional final chemical reaction to make the chemical structure "identical" to human estrogen

any idea what supplements would work for ftms?

Creatine. Protein shakes. Gym. Being a man is simple.

wtf is this real
nootropicsisters I don't feel so good...

Anon Babble knows, just don't tell them your trans.

As an ftm you have to avoid sugar, processed food. Supplements wise, creatine is important, you'll look beefy. Protein. Amino acids.

Depends what you wanna achieve, tren and deca are the go to steroids, the test given by your doctor is garbage.

all supplements are a meme except for multivitamins, probiotics and turmeric.

Thanks bro, there's the door

What food is good for skin?

Veggies, leafy greens.

If you wanna glow, a gallon of water daily for 6 months

Really

Yeah, you can do it. Genuinely helps. You won't bloat, just piss A LOT
