Light, "natural" makeup looks can actually do a lot but it really depends on what details of her face could be improved. Literally just foundation and super light contouring can make her skin look more even and trick also trick you into thinking she has a slightly ore feminine skull. The nice even skintone appeals to me a lot personally, just it doesn't feel as nice to touch a face with makeup on than it does bare skin.
