Yes I'm underweight but if I try to eat more I feel physically sick

why does that feel like so much food? i had coffee and and yoghurt for breakfast, some nuts and a smoothie for lunch, and a salad for dinner.

Here's a regular day of slop:

two breakfast sandwiches (egg, cheese, ham, English muffin), large iced mocha (instant coffee, tbsp chocolate, 2 tbsp sugar)

2 hot pockets, half a bag of family size chips, can of soda

entire box of pasta, entire jar of sauce, entire pack of sausage, a salad kit

more sodas or another "coffee" throughout the day

Over 5000 calories

Been on 1700 for 9 months, down 150 lbs so far
I really really wish I had the "struggle to eat" disorder instead of the "struggle to not eat" disorder but it is what it is. Both are bad in any case

lunch depends but usually one slice of bread with some salad on it and a glass with chocolate milk or strawberry milk.
dinner is either standard girldinner, so a little bit of chicken or fish and mostly vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper or pickles on my plate. rice with cucumber and salmon/shrimps or once a week a pizza.
evening snack is either oven baked chips in a small bowl, instant noodles, fruit or a few hot airfryer snacks in a small bowl.
i eat this as a skinny girl (bmi around 18.5)

i mostly eat various proteins (steak, chicken fillet, various meatless alternatives) with salad, that being made from cucumber, bell pepper, lettuce, tomato and red onion, drizzled in olive oil and with added salt and pepper. plus i have some carby snacks daily to keep me from accidentally doing keto or something.
been doing this and aiming for 1200kcal a day for about three months now and i'm down roughly 15 kilos/30 pounds from where i started (i'm at 89kg atm, worst i ever saw my scale read out was 105kg last summer but I think the actual highest stable weight i ever got to was like 103kg.)
feels good, still 4 kilos to go till i get under 30bmi and am elligible for orchi
