I found the secrets to bottoming as a gay bottom or trans woman. Here are my high IQ (I have 152 according to MENSA) tips:
eat 2 apples and one banana every single day no matter what. the apples give you energy, the banana helps you shit. both cheap superfoods with a lot of fiber and dense nutrients.
eat leafy greens every single day no matter what. easiest is spinach. it's a superfood and barely has any taste. I just steam it and add it to everything. I add it to my oatmeal in the morning. at night I eat fish, quinoa, and add spinach. it's basically the only vegetable you need if you're lazy or poor.

probiotics - it's basically bacteria that helps you digest the food, it destroys the food and eats it up. it's good for you. I drink probiotic soda with my dinner. you can also get it in pill form, it's probably cheaper.
replace your real soda with healthy soda or flavored sparkling water. it has nothing to do with bottoming but being fat makes you ugly.
drink a ton of water in general. electrolytes are good.
do cardiovascular exercise and squats, makes you horny
cannabis (usually hybrid, sativa dominance is good but not needed) makes you slutty and instantly an expert bottom. I take edibles, it's the healthiest option. you can vape dry herb also, it's easier on your lungs. don't smoke combustion.
