I found the secrets to bottoming as a gay bottom or trans woman. Here are my high IQ (I have 152 according to MENSA) tips:

eat 2 apples and one banana every single day no matter what. the apples give you energy, the banana helps you shit. both cheap superfoods with a lot of fiber and dense nutrients.

drink a ton of water in general. electrolytes are good.

do cardiovascular exercise and squats, makes you horny

cannabis (usually hybrid, sativa dominance is good but not needed) makes you slutty and instantly an expert bottom. I take edibles, it's the healthiest option. you can vape dry herb also, it's easier on your lungs. don't smoke combustion.

That's a great question, anon! I find that saline (fleet brand) enemas are not necessary. They're really harsh on your anal lining, mess up the mucous membrane, and mess up your gut fauna. So how do you clean yourself for fun time? All you really need is a plastic water bottle. Just fill it with water, squeeze that into your butt, hold it in for a bit, then release. Repeat as many times as you need until the water is clear. Keep increasing the volume until your lower abdomen feels 100% clean. You'll have it down to a science eventually how much you need, but you'll feel it when you know you're clean. Then you can sort of play with a dildo in the shower just to make sure. Then you should have a sparkling clean anus. If you have a fibrous diet, it's extremely easy to clean yourself out!

You're being funny, but many people are potassium/magnesium deficient. Your nerves work on a potassium/sodium chemistry, and it will kill you if you go too low, but even a subclinical deficiency will result in loss of strength/energy/vitality.

Probiotics are another life changer. A healthy gut flora is essential for a healthy mind and body. There's a bunch of foods that support good probiotic health such as sour (fermented) cabbbage, kimchee, yogurt, kefir, buttermilk, etc. Excess sugars and starches tend to be bad for gut health.

If one has smelly/messy bowel movements, it's likely that probiotics and diet improvements are indicated.

Personally, I hate most of the good probiotic foods, so I take the Kirkland brand. Eating out a clean, healthy bottom is my favorite way to supplement.

saying fiber doesn't belong in a human diet is stupid. it's supposed to enter your body in the form of fruits and vegetables. we don't break it down, but it's useful in digestion as something for fecal matter to bond to in order to reach the right consistency. fiber is only an issue if you have an excess of it, like with literally anything else. if you already eat a high fiber diet, then you don't need to supplement it.

Some people enjoy the carbonation with their meal, or they just have a craving, and this is much better.

Honestly, I've kind of always thought that this kind of thing was pretty obvious. You should eat some meat in addition to a good amount of fruits and vegetables, and definitely not processed. Eat enough of this to be satisfied. Your bowel movements might vary in frequency from person to person, but anywhere between twice a day to one every two days is probably fine. It should have a fairly solid consistency, but not so solid that it breaks apart and is difficult to pass all at once. Of course, the major issue with all of this is that it's not hard to achieve with good quality food , but we live in a time when it's easier to get food made out of chemicals in a factory with wildly skewed nutritional value than food picked outside your home.

You might need to "reset" your gut flora. Kill most of the bad stuff while taking probiotics to repopulate it with good stuff. Antibiotics can help kill the bad stuff, followed by probiotics combined with some probiotic friendly food.

Herbivores break down fiber. Humans do not. The optimal human diet does not contain any fiber. If you think you "need" fiber something else is amiss in your diet. Eating fiber leads to an "improvement" that is actually masking the underlying issue.

I agree that people should eat leafy greens, but I disagree with recommending spinach. Spinach and chard contain calcium anti-nutrients that are just best to avoid, especially for trannies at risk of bone density issues, but the biggest issue is actually oxalates. Spinach, chard, and beet greens are all high in oxalates which aren't a problem for some people, but are for others who are at risk of developing oxalate kidney stones. Unfortunately the only real way to know if you are at risk of developing oxalate kidney stones is if you get one, so it's just best to avoid. I eat collards usually, but their flavor is acquired for sure. I would also recommend legumes over greens if your main goal is fiber intake, though.

I would recommend something like fermented dairy products instead of supplements because the supplements are unregulated and have a high degree of variance on actual dosage vs listed dosage. Fermented dairy needs a certain number of the probiotics to even be created in the first place. I opt for buttermilk or yogurt personally.

As a single vegetable food source, potatoes of all kinds, including sweet potatoes, are the most obvious. Tubers in general tend to be quite nutritionally dense. Whole grains like oatmeal or wheat would also be better. But one shouldn't eat a single plant diet, it's one of the largest causes of nutrient deficiency in the world.

okay, thanks for your input, genuinely. my goal isn't necessarily to make trans people the healthiest human beings and have a perfect diet, just what is sustainable and healthier than what they are already eating on average. i'm not making a sweeping generalization or talking about you specifically, just seeing a correlation. many trans women have comorbidity with ADHD and autism and they were socialized male. I'm not going to be able to get them to have a perfect diet, that's why I say spinach is good if you're lazy.

Honestly, you diet seems great. I would add some form of legumes, like beans, peas, chickpeas, or lentils. If you are looking for weight loss, I would load the bulk of your calories to earlier in the day because metabolism is less energy efficient shortly after waking up. I would also look at making spinach a part of meal that is low in calcium so it doesn't mess with any calcium absorption there. You can also check the nutritional completeness of your diet using cronometer. I use it and love it, but it's kinda health autistic lmao. (Flag yourself as female if you're on hormones btw).

I'm glad that the diet has had a positive health outcome for you, but anecdotes constitute the lowest rung of evidence for something. A lot of high quality data contradicts your conclusion, so while it may have worked for you it seems like a high fiber diet will work out best for most people. If you can show some empirical data that says otherwise, then we can talk.
I'll also add that increased food diversity would be great for your gut microbiome, if you can afford to and are ok with doing so. That means rotating between different fruits and vegetables throughout the week and stuff. It's kind of min-maxxing at that point though.
