It's hard to know if a man is a rapist or not. You can't be sure without proof. But if there's hard evidence that a man raped someone, he should be castrated. Castration wouldn't be a preventative measure, it would be a punishment. I don't want the guy who got an eleven-year-old pregnant to walk around completely intact.

I believe Louisiana has reintroduced physical castration as a punishment for rapists, it used to be more common, especially in the Deep South.
Because castration is such an extreme thing, it should require a lot of evidence. DNA evidence would be good. Physical castration would be better— the point isn't really to prevent (the crime is already committed), the point is to punish. Either that or the death penalty.

There is no situation that could ever justify rape. There are situations that could justify theft, assault and murder— but there is no conceivable reason to rape unless you are evil.
