I suppose it depends on the feminist. In the US, feminists tend to be supportive of trans people and tend to be allied with them. I mean, Planned Parenthood provides HRT, for instance.

Depends on which type of feminist. Intersectional feminism, derived from black feminism, is generally pro-trans. Therefore I would expect black feminists or academic feminists in the U.S to be safe for trans people. However, upper class white feminism like what you tend to see in the UK is bad for both trans women and women of color.

Absolutely. Let me explain why. Take the example of an educated woman of color who is intersectional. As an intersectional feminist, she understands that the way the powers that be treat trans women is not dissimilar from how white supremacy treats black women. It's extremely common for black women to be treated as more like a "man" than white women. An educated intersectional feminist would recognize this and likely would sincerely agree that trans women are women. To do otherwise is playing into the hands of the white supremacist power structure.
