Not really no. For multiple reasons but the 2 big ones are:

1. Men statistically dont seek custody as frequently as women do

2. Custody of children and the onus of raising them isnt exactly tantamount to the entire organizational mode of society. The "executive" role is modeled on paternal authority for example. What youre describing is simply a thing that occurs under patriarchy, under more egalitarian socities we have evidence of communalized childrearing to reduce the burden of it on women. And divorce can only exist within the context of a binding marriage as understood under patriarchy.
