hey hey azelf, are you growing your hair out or do you want to keep em this way?

i just found out that my insurance will cover 90% of ffs costs from in-network surgeons and i almost certainly qualify for the "medical need" criteria considering i can't go outside anymore looking like this and i need to get ffs to stay safe in public.
the consensus last thread among replies i got was that my chin and jaw and lower face are very bad and need a ton of work before i can pass. what ffs procedures would you get if you were in my shoes? i think i need everything, but what stands out the most? chin pointing, heavy jaw shaving, cheek implants, cheekbone reduction, total nose reshaping? lip lift? probably need a lip lift to help with my thin lips.
i know you cant see my forehead or browbone but know that both are very bad, those are 100% in need of surgical repair, so no point in asking. i will also have to get orbital reconstruction to fix my male eyes and make them female.
i hope i can get ffs and go outside again soon. thank you for your help. all ffs input is very very appreciated

the only thing that ever stands out to me is your browbone in the pics with your bangs pulled up. your cheekbones are a strong feature but not a bad one, it's not even a masculine trait. your jaw/chin/whatever is literally fine. 90% covered is crazy and I would definitely take that but don't go overboard. I still think you pass 99% but like I understand where you're coming from
