the only question that's relevant and unanswered is whether he's actually communicated the way that being hit on by someone attracted to the features he dislikes about himself makes him feel. i put substantial probability on the ftm not having actually said this explicitly, only through a layer of indirection, and lower but still nontrivial probability on the mtf being autistic enough to not make the intended inference. either way, the ftm's correct course of action is the same: remove all ambiguity, explicitly state he's not interested in sex with her. if she continues, she's evil, cut contact. if she doesn't, job done. if she's hurt by this, too bad, she'll get over it.
