most should do that because the typical dosage in modern times isn't actually enough, dosing protocols were changed in the early 00s, they used to be given trt for cis men, which is 100mg+ a week, today they're given like 60-80mg and nudged towards gel (which is shit) or sust or nebido which are also shit (long timing between shots isn't good for hormonal health)

best options are taking an oral that lowers shbg such as winstrol, proviron or anavar, because their levels are 3x as high as those of cis men which causes free testosterone to be far lower in ratio so even when their 'total test' is high, their free levels will still be in the low range for a cis man, which isn't ideal for transitioning because free test is what causes changes, total test is just the presence of the hormone in your body, that doesn't mean it's doing anything if shbg is binding to it and renders it useless beyond aromatisation.

masteron also lowers shbg, most dht shit does, the ratio for cis men is typically 1:1 meaning 100mg of test is 100mg of masteron but it's potentially higher in trans men because they inherently have higher estrogen levels usually which means they might be able to get away with like 1:1,5 the limiting factor of it is not crashing your estrogen too much because it tends to do that, EQ can do this too.

if you want pure fat redistribution anavar is the easiest, or if you're legally getting test that's also the best option because you can clear it out of your system in a few days so tests won't find it, you can't chug it forever though, orals fuck up your lipids.
