Ugly people are seen as losers at worst, but uncanny people come across as crazy to many people. In the case of trannies, they need to fix their optics first, which is hard. They need to stop saying or doing crazy things.
Eventually, they will come across as “normal people with uncanny faces.”
To simply put, many violent people have tattoos, but plenty of non-violent ordinary people get tattoos too. People then realize that tattoos only look scary, they don’t necessarily mean someone is violent. It wouldn’t work if the majority of people with tattoos were violent people.
