Communist ideology is absolutely pro-trans, or at least the correct one is, and allying with the liberal ideology is anti-trans and suicidal. It doesn't matter if you aren't larping with fascist skinheads or not, raising the fascist platform will also give them a platform... and they will cast you as the out-group sooner or later.
The only situation where transfeminine fascism makes sense, in the loosest sense of the phrase, is after all the fascist class wars have been carried to their completion, which includes casting women as the out-group and creating a (terminal) all-male society. In that case, yeah, some men will be forced into the vestiges of the female role that has been biologically eliminated.
