No i'm not a "fast metabolism" coper I just don't eat enough. Its hard though. I tried liquid calories but it's just so much work. Gotta clean the blender and the cup and they taste like ass usually, and if they use oats which is the most important part they are so grainy even when it's essentially oat flour.

Maybe. The issue is I just don't get hungry or have a drive to eat so unless I make the active decision to eat I just won't. The fix for that was the gym, but even then my workout would outpace my hunger and I'd just end up losing weight. I was below 80 at one point

you should exercise it helps stimulate your appetite and i have an untested hypothesis that it helps reduce visceral fat
you lose some calories from it but it's worth it trust
anyway my advice is just to use carbs as a way to get fat & protein into your body. if you try to just eat fats, you'll get full too quickly and it'll be hard to eat a lot. if you try to just eat carbs, then you're a fucking idiot because that's like the one bad way to gain weight

Low intensity cardio can actually help you gain weight because it increases your appetite, cardio really doesn't burn many calories in the first place anyway.
how the fuck is your BMI 15.2? theres no way you're that skinny without a severe eating disorder. and there's no way you were actually trying to hit 110 and stay that skinny.
if you want to be serious about gaining weight, do the opposite of what they tell you to lose weight. eat a lot of fats + carbs and start drinking sugary drinks.

Also the opposite thing doesn't really work. Your body's natural state of existence necessarily relies on you losing weight. To gain weight you have to act against nature.
