Coming up with a realistic body you can work towards and setting realistic expectations for yourself. Asking yourself whether transition would make you happy on the short and long term and if not come to accept that.

There is no expectations. If I troon I will be dead to family and be more alone than I already am in the world. Plus it will be impossible to date because literally nobody on earth is willing to date a tranny. There's no choice. Every option is bad.

if you think about it, there's a reason why so many transgender people kill themselves. There's a reason why people transition even if it means losing their family or getting a divorce.
If those people had an option to deal with dysphoria then they would have taken that option.
