i was asking the questions because i train keeping it raise since i can't train aloud these days, so i was wondering if training this way is a good idea
I mean as long as you are doing it properly and not overusing the wrong muscles it should be fine. Even then don't forget to take breaks.

Well usually you can tell when speaking because it will sound strained. The most common when raising is using the false vocal folds
giwtwm but im pretty sure morning voice is to do with dehydration? cis women also get morning voice. So your lack of it is probably genetic or environmental not due to training, I may be wrong tho
