try growing your hair out and instead of mass gainer try doing like peanut butter banana milkshakes (search up a recipe) its what body builders use to bulk up and i did it and it worked pretty well

I went for mass gainer because I have a very small appetite, I’m full after eating two small meals a day so I needed something that was calorie dense without being filling, otherwise I would just eat junk food

i mean i wish i had more to say but like i dunno.. i think most of the feminizing effects of hrt is just fat redistributed to places like the the thighs, the chest, face, etc. so having a low bodyfat really halts that. or stop using patches and switch to injections because a year of hrt is crazy.. no offense btw
In the patches defence I’ve only been on them for half a year, I was initially on pills but had to quit for a month whilst getting a diagnosis and then switched to patches so I remasculinised a little

I am pretty bad at glasses fashion though so can anyone tell me if these look more like a mens or womens glasses? The reviews seem to be mainly men's names. When I went glasses shopping they gendered the glasses so I figure womens are more cute shaped and I am trying to girlmode more so I don't really want to wear mens glasses @_@

The general rule with glasses is the more rectangular the frames the more masculine coded they are where as round frames or cat eye frames are fem coded
But at the end of the day they are a hunk of metal and glass, so if they match the look you’re going for get them, me getting rounded thin framed glasses is purely based on aesthetics, not perceived gender and most people do not typically read gender from glasses
And as is glasses typically make you look more feminine regardless due to obscuring your brow and slimming your nose so you’d be perceived less masculine regardless

I buy a new pair after every eye test so I always get to run through a bunch of options in person and I think that’s the best method to pick out a pair
Just go into a store and try out a bunch of different pairs and see which appeals most, it’s hard to recommend glasses without knowing your fashion sense
