Honestly I wouldn't call it modern medicine. It was just pseudo science copied from ancient greeks with a couple of accidental innovations. Modern medical techniques rooted in scientific mindset wouldn't be a thing until the 19th century. The scientific revolution happened in Europe and it was completely unprecedented. Whatever people from other cultures were doing was not science at all.
