Just sticking a small size in there that is comfortable is not enough.
There needs to be some pressure for it to actualy do something, and you'll need to use more than one size each time.
A common trick is to use inflateable toys because they are easy to insert and you can adjust their size while when they are already inside, and you need to apply pressure.

most good results I saw were from chinese/thai surgeons even anatomic fuckups were quickly fixed + they often offer ppt which is better in general imo
