this is not true. i followed all the advice and correct steps on my hrt and i never got past tanner 2.
i have done a lot of surveying on this board and from what i can gather it's a bit genetic, but mostly caused by being an anamoder during early transition. being too skinny is more powerful than hormones, it puts your body in survival mode and siphons all your fat into your viscera, creating bone-thin trannies with weird man bellies

If you're already on estrogen it's too late you need to do it *before* estrogen so you can grow tits properly
