if you'd like a religious practice that is somewhat friendly to the ideas of playing with the feminine and Masculine, I'd really recommend some of the more esoteric Judaism and Christianity. The Gospel of Mary Magdalene is a great read, as is a lot of the Sophia worshipping Christian texts.The Zohar is also a great read. You dont have to give up religion when you're trans, you just have to find the truth that the patriarchies hide in the corners of history.
Politically though, I think everybody has abandoned us. You're better off taking a back stage in politics and not really pushing the envelope as things are now. Theres a bit of a backslide but we've gained so much ground it's better to leave the table with a modest lead than keep gambling till you lose everything
