Breaking news: all transgender football players banned from competing in the UK
Number of professional trans football players: 0
Isis flag
Total number of registered footballers in the UK: 2.2M
Total number of trans football players at all levels in the UK: 20
0 00001%
So there’s no problem with banning them
Stopping trans people playing with their friends achieves what?
football is one of the most malebrained sports ever
Other people feel good.
this is in britbongese it should say soccer
Our female football team is infinitely more successful than the male one.
The male one hasnt won a trophy in 59 years, the women won the world cup two years ago
it only gets worse
New thing coming in regarding passports soon
Avergae Brit
good because even if theres only 20 trans people playing with their friends out of 4.4 million, thats still 20 places STOLEN from biological wobmyn!!
There's a problem with making it such a media sensation for years on end as a way to vent your frustration at trans people existing.
So then your problem is with the media.
Nta, but the media forms part of the british establishment, one of the most transphobic institutions on earth
Except for you know, all the dozens of country’s institutions where being trans gets you executed.
If you have to compare England to the very worst humanity has to offer to make england look ok, then its a fucking shithole.
Trans people have less rights here than Turkey or Belarus
If trans people existed in the same numbers in these places you’d see a similar phenomenon honey. Truscum won
This is a bot
its not, its below volleyball and handball (just considering team sports) but if you dont treat it like a hooligan or something like its not a fully malebrained sports, its something girls play a lot, at least in my country
do you want a picture of some food in my cabinets or something to prove otherwise?
GRC says you are female sex
Ban tranny based on sex.
????
Supreme court said GRC doesnt matter anymore, and was never meant to matter
yeah idk how that works. Sounds like these 2 laws are in conflict with each other. Considering that grc is based on the human rights thing from the 2000s that states that people must be able to change their sex it sounds like it should have priority.
The long game is to leave the European Court of Human Rights.
But British people only like voting against their own interests if the politicians promise someone else will be worse off. So they'll deliberately contravene the ECtHR, say "look, this foreign court is stopping us dealing with trans people, we cant protect women and girls effectively", and Brits will demand their human rights are removed.
drippy asf
To the best of my knowledge, the GRC and laws protecting gender identity are still there, so any employer, school, etc must use preferred pronouns, etc. however, regarding any legal protection of sex based discrimination, unfortunately now trans women no longer have the same protections as cis women against misogyny or sex discrimination (even if they were perceived as a woman and discriminated against based on the assumption of being a woman)
The SC ruling renders void the GRC. They say trans people were never part of the Equality Act yet there is a provision that directly states for all intents and purposes we are our legal sex.
The GRC still plays a role in tax information, birth and death certificates and right to medical privacy, but it does not hold the same legal intent as it did previously.
So Dr. Beth Upton, despite having a GRC, would not be able to use the female changing rooms, and neither is she allowed to use the mens. Its a mess
must use preferred pronouns
This is now a question of harassment. So if your work colleague repeatedly misgenders you, thats harassment. However here is the problem.
Law in the UK is pay to play. Sp lets say your enployer directly discriminates, you would then need to go to an employment tribunal. This would require legal representation, since legal aid doesnt cover this, only rudimentary advice.
A barrister is £1500 per day. Employers are very aware of this, and any major corporation would have a dedicated legal team to protecting the company. I know this because of personal experience, so a lot of trans people will be in for a shock when they realise we have no effective legal rights without paying. I know i was shocked.
They can still play down the local park.
Pushed to the margins, fuck england
But lost to under 15's and OAP's?
How many trophies have the mens won again in the past 40 years?
Still an option though.
They can still play, just not competitively.
If they are playing just for the love of the game, and spending time with friends, what's the issue?
Medals means nothing compared to skill levels.
Football is perhaps the UK's most popular sport.
In the US, it is way down the list.
When they start losing basketball or NFL matches to the Chinese, then feel free to compare.
what's the issue?
The problem is you have evil in your soul
Should I demand to be able to play in the Under 7's league?
I'm friends with my neighbour and get on reasonably well with their kid.
We kick the ball across our driveways so that should be enough...?
Why would you want to play with under 7s, typical paedophile argument from a gammon brit
Why would you want to play women's sports? Sounds pretty misogynistic.
Because im a woman. Also, im not good enough to play sporr but 0.0004% are, and now they cant. You are pathetic
Have you ever, in your entire life, had a penis?
Yeah for 30 minutes every other day from my bf. Why are you interested in my sex life, pervert
