I’ve never actually been there ofc but from what I’ve seen online trannies do exist in China and can get hormones prescribed the official way even if they don’t call themselves “trans.”
There are also other Asian countries where I know for a fact that trans healthcare is available legally, and knowing mandarin + generally having experience living in Asia could probably be pretty useful if you wanted to build a life there. I have a tranny internet friend who works for a western company in Singapore and she seems to do fine there.
