Did you even read the study? It is quite common for such literature to indicate multidimensional causes to these sorts of differences, which the authors seem to indicate. Perhaps engaging more with further research can help you understand why you want to jump to conclusions.
The causes being multidimensional literally wouldn't change anything here.
It means that this could be caused by a multitude of things, not just your birth sex. If you look at the arousal pattern graphs several male and female data points overlap, the transexual data points are too few to do so, but if you replicate this study with a larger cohort you can imagine there would be less differentiation.
And the difference in the arousal ratio's to begin with was 37% which while above statistical significance, does not clearly indicate that ALL women are nonspecific, nor does it indicate that MOST women are nonspecific, just that MORE women are nonspecific.
I understand you want to imply a cause, although none can be proved without scientific research, I would suggest considering that the male and mtf transexual graphs varied between eachother just like the male and female graphs.
