angled leg press 12-15 x 3
Smith machine 12-15 x2
Bulgarians 2x15 (per side)
Dumbell lunges 2x10 (per side)
Forward leg curls 3x15
Backwards leg curls 3x15
Adductor=abductor 2x25 (on each machine)

I also try to run, swim, stairmaster, and stretch on my cardio days!

My main tip is to start slow and count your wins, it took me over a year to start working out consistently.

Also for gluten and thighs you have to high high weight and go close to failure or as best as you can! Also don't be scared to eat and gain weight. I took pio and gained up to 190 lbs before slimming back down to 173. If you do that you'll keep some nice soft cushion on your hips and boobies.

I took 30 mg pipglitazone /day for 90 days, then 90 days off, then 90 days on and then off again. I gain 15-20 lbs and then dropped 10 lbs on each cycle, so by the end of it i was 10 lbs heavier than at the start. I might go down to 162 soon and go for another year of cycling.

I started out by going to the YMCA, they are super accepting and openly accept trans people. It was a safe environment to get started in. Now that I have a private gym I try to swim after 11 pm so that the pool is empty.

I would recommend target bikinis as they keep me the flattest. I don't use tucking tape to swim but I am post orchi, I barely have a bulge and apart from that I pass naked.

Well for cutting you want high protein low glycemic food that will keep you going and reduce your appetite. Chicken and brown rice is a great example. Eliminate sugar and salt from your diet as much as you can. Up your caffeine intake and try to have only one meal a day.

I take inspiration from my favorite Kpop idol's diet: apple for breakfast with mineral water, salad for lunch, noodles soup with seafood for dinner. Obviously it's hard to eat like a 110 lbs Asian girl but try your best. Everyone has a different method of cutting that works for them.

Honestly doesn't sound THAT bad I've been forcing myself to skip at least one meal a day (sometimes both) and my stomach has become way smaller since I started my pseudo-diet so i'm not really worried about that
