planning a boat themend student radio show. we'll play boat themed songs and talk about global shipping and maritime accidents and wartime things like hunting of the bismarck since my cohost is obsessed with that one and also there's like a ton of really fun boat themed songs out there.
also here's a boat accident, sung with a stuffy nose and tons of voice cracks voca.ro/140IXS7Hw0s4

idk if i have any really obscure ones, they've all gone mainstream. Lego Rock Raiders isn't nearly as obscure as it used to be, there's even a modern fan remake. manicminers.baraklava.com/ btw if anyone shares the same nostalgia.
mostly as a kid I just really liked Legos and Donald Duck and Pokemon. I've seen a lot of Youtube videos about Don Rosa recently, and it's weird seeing people explain him to an American audience; here practically everyone who's ever read a duck comic knows who he is.

I talked about this with my fiancee yesterday and she had made three attempts as a teenager to get into homestuck but never managed to do it because it was just kinda boring to begin with. And I'm way worse than her with boring starts like that. so i don't think i'd succeed at that.
