how to gain weight?? I'm 17 BMI, never was heavier 110lbs. tranny too.

you look good as is. youre gonna lose your ass and tits if you go lower than like 165.

anon when they get to goal weight and realize they have unremovable and unaesthetic loose hanging skin that makes their remaining fat spill over and sag - forever ruining their body image

Haha… yeah
t.lost 80 lbs 7 years ago and still can’t look at myself in the mirror even have a dozen bodybuilding cycles. It never goes away entirely even with surgery

you looked better in the first pic

Get diabetes, eat tons of sugar and fat, hope you don't die.

Alternatively, eat 600g of sugary cereals. With chocolate. Daily.

I weighed 230 I lost like 30 pounds just eating less in general and trying to go between 1200 - 1500.

I'm a recovering alcoholic and was pretty overweight and kind of having an easy time of losing it now since all my surplus calories came from drinking, I wanna get excited about my weight loss but it kinda feels like stolen valor since I'm not really struggling

The opposite of how you lose weight. You eat more than you burn. You're probably not eating nearly as much as you think you are. Track calories, use this TDEE calculator, and just eat more than your TDEE based on activity level. I hate to say it, but it's really not any more complicated than just eating more.
calculator.net/tdee-calculator.html

My BMI is still 26.8 - still overweight. Still have to lose more for my health. Last time I was 140, I was really proportionate still.

It all comes down to age and genetics with loose skin. I'm so sorry you're experiencing this. At the very least, your body will thank you for treating it well, and you will live longer overall than if you'd have stayed at that weight. But that doesn't take away the pain you're experiencing. Hugs for you.
I've been very fortunate to not have any loose skin the last time I lost extreme amounts of weight, so I'm very confident this will be the case this time as well.

To a chubby chaser, I'm sure. But to most of society, no. Unfortunate, but it can't be helped.

Regardless of how you gained or lost weight, some people never even start to lose weight begin with for a multitude of reasons. Coupling that with recovering from alcoholism is an extremely tough burden to bear. It's not stolen valor at all.

I want to lose weight, but I have really bad self control stuff when it comes to sweets and treats. I can't even follow the normal rule of "oh just don't have them in your house" since i'm hypoglycemic (unrelated to weight stuff, i've had it since i was 9 and underweight) and need a source of fast digestible sugar in the house when I have an episode :(
Is it viable to just up my exercise to counteract it?

bmi isnt some end all be all. you can be fit and "overweight". i am more active than like 80% of americans and my bmi is 28. the biggest concern for my health is my anxiety related blood pressure which is solved with beta blockers.

The opposite of how you lose weight.

obviously, they mean advice. For losing weight you don't really have to do anything, just do less of what you already do. How do you eat more, what do you eat so you don't have to wat as much, how much time does it take/should it take to eat every day etc

I'm trying to do basically the same thing. 5'5", started at 155, down to 138, aiming for 120. You're doing great!

This makes me so fucking mad. How do I look like THIS at 183lbs, but you look great at 176? My BMI isn't crazy high either, I'm sitting at 26.2. I've already lost 26lbs

Anyway congrats OP, guess I'll have to try a little harder

put the weight back on now you dumb bitch you fucking hate me

Its probably a height difference between you two, or you're the type of (unfortunate) person who mostly has stores fat in their stomach over anything else.

The kicker is that I'm on the slightly tall side at 5'10 so theoretically I should look thinner than I do. Absolutely agonizing. More losing weight it is

Yes, but I'm not fit. It's literally all body fat. I appreciate the words regardless.
But that's really just it, though. It's not any more complicated than that.
Excellent work! It's difficult but so rewarding!
I'm not sure...it know it has a lot to do with genetics. Diet has a part in it as well of course, but I'll rule that out because you're likely trying very hard yourself. I don't think you need to try harder, I think being more gentle with yourself is the key here.

Hey, what'd I do to you, huh?
I'm 5'8", so I'm on the taller side but not super tall.

I'm about where you were (220) and I'm about to try to lose again, I've failed to lose weight dozens of times because all my willpower evaporates and I just eat out of boredom or to destress. The best I did was 4 weeks of running and dieting, lost maybe 8 lb, and then got some inflamed muscles and gave up again.

Anyway my goal is 1200 cal this time. I'll listen to what you have to say but I've basically heard it all at this point, many times over

Congratulations! How did you make it happen?

consider staying where you're at and just doing fat transfer with the rest to various fun parts

let me feed you baby girl. how tall are you?

I'm 5'7.
Low appetite my whole life. I did calculations, it's around 500-600 calories daily. I wish there were some pills to trigger appetite. I'm getting full easily.

there are. it's called apetamin.
where are you from?
you can also get a fecal transplant from a girl in the weight range you want

Are you a feeder?

I've never actually fed anyone. but turning a 110 lb girl into a 140-160 lb girl sounds like fun. nothing too crazy

that is great, but how did you do it

I think that sounds fun. or is this gross to you?

I’ve been sticking to around 1200 calories a day pretty consistently, and on days when I walk a lot or feel lightheaded, I bump it up closer to 1400. For activity, I usually aim for somewhere between 5000 and 10,000 steps a day, I don't do any other exercise other than just mall walking mostly. Sometimes I’ll jump on Pump It Up at the arcade. I also try to drink a ton of water, close to a gallon a day if I can. It’s crazy how much better it makes me feel overall. Less hunger, better skin, just more energy.

I mostly cut out fast food, except if I can fit something reasonable into my calories. I’ll still get Taco Bell sometimes, but just one or two tacos. No sodas at all. I eat a lot of stuff that feels big for the calories, fruits like grapes and strawberries, tons of veggies like green beans and asparagus, stir fries, grilled chicken, stuff like that. At this point, it’s almost hard to imagine wasting calories on fries etc, the tradeoff just doesn’t feel worth it anymore. I use tons of spices in my meals for taste. I also eat a lot of protein bars since caffeine gives me bad panic attacks, and the extra protein helps me stay full.

I take progress pictures, because the scale definitely doesn't always tell the full story. Clothes fitting differently or just feeling lighter shows up first a lot of the time. Some days the number on the scale even goes up a little, even when I’m doing everything right, but it’s usually just water weight or timing. I just keep my eyes on the long-term goal and stay patient.

It's really not too complicated, and there's no big secret to it. You have to make a gradual, but complete life change. If you keep the same lifestyle, for example, still eating McDonalds every day, but only eating 1200 calories of it, you're going to break and binge. You have to fundamentally change how you life. And it's hard as fuck.

thank you OP. i decided to start eating <1500 a day about a week ago, it is difficult to not eat. especially at night

well you look damned good. where are you from?

Make sure your meals are satiating you most of all! Including at least one starch, a fruit, a protein, and a dairy with each meal is absolutely crucial. You don't need every piece for every meal, but including at least 2 or 3 of these with every meal will help you so, so much with nighttime hunger.
Drink tons and tons of water when you feel hungry, too. Sometimes you're just dehydrated. Sometimes just filling your stomach can stave off the hunger long enough for you to make it to tomorrow's breakfast. Losing weight is so, so difficult. Please be gentle with yourself through all it's stages, even when you mess up a day. As long as you're in a deficit, you'll win.

how did you do it? and what did you eat?
any workout routines?

how tall are you? i desperately need to lose weight

your tummy was so cute before :((
tragic

My only workout routine was walking around the mall and playing Pump it Up at the arcade. And I'm not even particularly great at it.

Picrel is a collage of this week's meals. I try to stay at 1200 calories. Lots of veggies, eggs, tons of fruits (I love strawbies) and grapes for extra yums.
I try to not restrict what I eat or restrict any foods. If I want it, I budget for it and make it work.
I'm 5 foot 8

strawbies

are you an american somehow turning british?

I think saying it that way is cute

I think it's very cute. :P
are you cute too?

I am extremely cute.

Anons, if

hurr just eat less!

doesn’t work for you, diy glp-1 injections. I’ve lost 30 lbs in 2 months. No exercise, simply feel satiated with small meals for the first time in my life. Wish I’d done this sooner.

I used to weigh like 260 but I'm like around 200, but I still look like a fatass, and I hate my double chin

4 months

how tf did you manage that?

i875.jpg - 218x232, 6.58K

Not OP but probably eating too little. 54 lbs in 4 months even with the initial 10 or so lbs of water weight is a little too fast usually. Probably cranky if this isnt a fat fetish post.

I eat around 1200 to 1400 calories daily, and I've gotten pretty used to it. I'm not anamaxxing, and my mood is actually WAY better than it used to be because I actually feel good in my body

Aren't you afraid of the potential lifelong long term side effects that we have no clue about yet?

No because these drugs have been studied in humans for several decades, since the 80s, and are FDA approved for diabetes and weight loss.

nta and also not a doctor but id bet a lot of money that the long term side effects of GLP1 (especially temporary use) is significantly better than the long-term side effects of obesity.

The FDA approves an "acceptable" amount of rat shit in our food, you really trust them?

Retarded reply, here’s your (You). Sour grapes because people are getting healthier while you rot.

But I am getting healthier.

Why does it bother you that others are getting healthier too?

show me

plz plz plz do not take test. you are not an ftm or a theyfab, you are adorable. if you're somehow mtf... dayum. you look like a girl. and you don't have a double chin, just a soft neck. very very very cute.
t. some random chud.

and your nose is delicate and smol! not to be weird. I got a thing for noses. are you an american?

It doesn't.

Congrats anon, you're looking good

i’ve gone through so many eating disorders, i starve myself day in and day out and then i gain 50 pounds in less than a month. im miserable please how did you drop weight
