Justified. The majority of males throughout history have been rapists, and even today maybe 1 in 15 males will commit at least one rape in their lifetime. The problem comes from the fact that if you find a way to make woman a effective force in the battlefield then you open the way for woman to dominate one of the last fields they weren't capable of dominating before.
