Basically what you do is lose the weight, (just a few KG between 5 and 10) over like half a year or a 1/3 of a year then gain it back (with targeted exercises too, cause your muscle feminizes before your fat cells do) and then just kinda keep doing that until you look like a woman. Also prog helps if you can get on that (ideally boofed, can't rec a dosage but 200 works for me) and then if you're not diabetic, there's always pio.
Eat healthy fats, and generally eat well as you can. Eventually the male shaped muscles and fat melts off you and though the bone structure won't really change, eventually the muscle definition and fat distro completely changes. Even midshits get these changes with effort. Also, not this. This might be some anamoding min max bullshit for full on skeles but I wouldn't recommend that. Legit like idk why trans people are so allergic to good diet and exercise, why is it always "starve myself" etc JFC. The learned helplessness in this demographic is off the charts

How to weight cycle in a way that will gain you only female pattern fat
Step 1
Lose as much body fat as possible. All the male damage must be erased first. You decide how and how much. The more the better. This will not be easy but the outcomes are worth it. Starve, exercise, diet, etc.
Step 2
Take pioglitazone while eating whatever the fuck you want. Fry everything in butter, drink beer, eat potatoes and bread, etc. Take the lowest effective dose of pio. For me that was 15mg/day. Some do 7.5mg, while others do 22.5mg. Start low and increase over time. I gained 30lbs in 2 months and most of it went to my butt and thighs.
Step 2.5
Do lots of cardio!!! Taking pio can give you edema if you aren't staying active. Make sure you are doing cardio while taking pio. I stopped after 2 months and look the same. If you're tired of working out, stop taking it
