We're currently living in an age with a lot of late transitioners (many of which are socially unaware individuals) and friction to the culture around transgenderism and transhumanism. Give it a generation and anyone hyperfixated on appearance will not be disappointed. Check Anon Babbletranscute and other communities and there are plenty of aware trans people that are both super attractive and hyperintelligent.
