Go to your local planned parenthood, make an appointment for HRT, get estrogen or raloxifene (if you don’t want tits)

One of the femboys I got on HRT is just on raloxifene currently. It’s definitely made a difference just on its own. I haven’t heard of people taking E and ralox together.
If you can get pills it’s definitely better to start on those, but if DIY is your only option you’re most likely going to need to inject for optimal results.
Isn’t it pointless taking them together since they cancel one another out?
I’m by no means an expert on this subject, I just gave the resources and encouragement to make the femboys start HRT.

makes joints sore like aromatase inhibitors (estrogen makes them feel lubricated)

has a weird effect that makes my heart ache, might be dysphoria from low e

otoh estrogen makes skin soft, pale, shrinks D, changes sex drive to be super horny for D, makes you leak a lot of precum but actual orgasm is clear and watery, gives a fat ass, softens your face, etc

No/kinda I smoked lots of weed when I was a teen and lost my appetite for a long time then, when I started gain weight I made an effort to work out my lower body so I’d get big legs and hips. Now I’m exactly at an 18.5 bmi :)
