These subjects can chuck out 70% of applicants and will do so. I imagine that the "engineering people" (autistic men are drawn to this because they like to figure out how things work, despite the 90s/00s/10s being a huge psyop for getting girls into STEM) already had years of experience due to being drawn to it.

What's always intrigued me though is going through various documentaries and seeing so many European women speaking confidently and being masters of their fields.
