that's not how that works. free will doesn't exist; social structures have their own will which people embody and enact. that's why they're stable. everyone is culpable for its perpetuation. i don't blame men or women more really, except women have has a cultural movement dedicated to their emancipation and they've done very little with it. in fact it seems to have become about reinforcing gender roles a lot of the time.
