Yes trans and narcissism should be no surprise that there's a high correlation between them because your whole identity is obsessing about how YOU look and how YOU are perceived.
Narcissist are also generally perceived as miserable people. Same with trans. Because their real life and the people around them don't measure up to what they think they are entitled to.
