I did the math a while back and it's 6'3 where it becomes more likely a woman was born male than not, using a 0.3% chance of someone being transgender combined with the odds listed at tall.life
Because trannies are so rare, even rare height women like 6' or 6'1 are more likely to be regular women than to be born male.
But for 6' women, the chances are 1 in 4 that they were born male, which is still very high.
