there are a bunch of reasons, first it's kinda cultural as those sports are generally more done by eastern euros or their diaspora. also gymnastics for both men and women favours a small and kinda stocky build and tranners are usually the exact opposite of that. rhythmic gymnastics and ballet just prefers the person being slim but honestly tranners are too clumsy for that
